Terms and Conditions
An adult over the age of 18 must supervise the equipment at all times.
No climbing on the walls of the castles and activities.
Boisterous behaviour is not acceptable.
No summersaults or backflips on any of the equipment.
No food, drink, cigarettes, glasses (inc. sunglasses), shoes or sharp objects on or near the castles.
No one to use the equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Equipment must not be moved once in situ.
Children should not stand at the top of slides and only one child should use the slide at a time.
Children should only use the slide in a sitting position.
We take no responsibility for any damage incurred transporting equipment through the house/building.
RCD’s are not used. We take no responsibility for any damage caused to the premises due to electrical faults.
If it is raining heavily, please let down the castle and cover electrical equipment with the mats provided.
For overnight hire, please let castle down and fold in half.
In high winds, please let the castle down.
Any injuries incurred must be reported to us.
If equipment is being used when it is getting dark, suitable lighting must be used for safe use.
Mats must be used in front of the castle.
Should the equipment come back damaged or dirty, we have the right to charge for any maintenance or cleaning charge (cleaning charge £25 per castle/activity).
No streamers or face painting to be used on the castle (please see above for cleaning charges).
The hirer is responsible for the equipment whilst it is being hired during the day or overnight. The hirer will be responsible for any damage or loss incurred and will be charged for replacing the castle or activity and incur a loss of revenue.
We will not take responsibility for any injury caused whilst using our equipment. We advise that the hirer takes out their own insurance to cover for any injury caused whilst using our equipment.
A copy of these rules have been left with the customer.
If there is anything you are unsure about, please contact us before using the equipment.
I, the customer, have read and agreed to the above and will be responsible for the rules being followed. I understand that the company will take no responsibility for any injury incurred whilst using the equipment.
